Verify authorization
The right to participate is vested in shareholders holding shares on the 16th day prior to the date of the general meeting (the record date).
Register
To obtain a certificate of the right to participate, you must register your intent to participate with your brokerage house no later than the specified deadline.
Prepare the documents
On the day of the general meeting, it is required to present a valid identity document and – if applicable – a power of attorney authorizing the holder to represent the shareholder.
Please arrive promptly
Registration of participants will commence prior to the scheduled start time of the General Meeting. Shareholders are encouraged to arrive early in order to avoid delays.
