Closed periods
Dates during which authorized persons are prohibited from trading in the company's shares.
Pursuant to Article 19(11) of the MAR Regulation, a person discharging managerial responsibilities within an issuer shall not conduct any transactions on their own account or for the account of a third party, directly or indirectly, relating to the shares or debt instruments of the issuer or to derivatives or other financial instruments linked to them, during a closed period of 30 calendar days before the announcement of an interim financial report or a year-end report.
To ensure equal access to information disclosed by SFD, the Company has implemented a closed period policy. Under this policy, SFD will not conduct discussions or organize meetings with analysts and investors for 30 days prior to the publication of its financial results. The Company trusts that the implementation of this policy will increase its transparency and provide investors with assurance of equal access to information.
The following closed periods are scheduled for 2025 in connection with the publication of interim and annual reports:
January 15 – February 14, 2025
April 16 – May 15, 2025
May 1 – May 30, 2025
July 15 – August 14, 2025
October 15 – November 14, 2025
