Responsibilities

  • creating and leading product projects from concept to implementation

  • developing new and existing products in the dietary supplements and health food industry

  • analyzing the supplement and food market, creating trends, and forecasting risks

  • introducing new product lines into the portfolio

  • searching for new business partners (suppliers, service providers, intermediaries)

  • continuous cooperation and maintaining business relations with contractors

  • organizing and participating in product trials

Expectations

  • basic knowledge of processes related to launching new products on the market

  • ability to independently search for and analyze information necessary to create and improve offered products and services

  • high level of professional etiquette and the ability to present own ideas in a clear and convincing manner

  • proficiency in English at a minimum of B2 level

  • proficiency in MS Office suite (specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • ability to utilize AI tools

  • independence in action and excellent self-organization of work

  • creativity, initiative, and a proactive approach to assigned tasks
