Responsibilities

  • professional customer service in the retail store based on SFD S.A. customer service standards (SOK)

  • advising customers and presenting SFD brand products

  • ensuring growth in store efficiency and sales

  • processing customer payments and settling transactions for purchased merchandise

  • restocking products on display on an ongoing basis and ensuring the aesthetic appearance of the store

  • maintaining hygiene and quality standards within the store, its immediate vicinity, and at the service counter

Expectations

  • experience in a similar position or in customer service

  • basic knowledge of the dietary supplement and sports industry

  • readiness to work in accordance with shopping mall operating hours

  • high personal etiquette and ease in establishing interpersonal relations

  • willingness to learn and develop professionally
