Responsibilities
professional customer service in the retail store based on SFD S.A. customer service standards (SOK)
advising customers and presenting SFD brand products
ensuring growth in store efficiency and sales
processing customer payments and settling transactions for purchased merchandise
restocking products on display on an ongoing basis and ensuring the aesthetic appearance of the store
maintaining hygiene and quality standards within the store, its immediate vicinity, and at the service counter
Expectations
experience in a similar position or in customer service
basic knowledge of the dietary supplement and sports industry
readiness to work in accordance with shopping mall operating hours
high personal etiquette and ease in establishing interpersonal relations
