Responsibilities
comprehensive maintenance of employee documentation (personnel files) in accordance with applicable labor law regulations
preparation of documents related to employment and termination of cooperation (employment contracts, civil law contracts, annexes)
independent calculation of remuneration and preparation of payrolls and payslips
preparation and settlement of declarations to external institutions (ZUS, PIT, PFRON) in the Wapro Gang system
keeping working time records and settling absences (leaves, sick leaves)
administration of Employee Capital Plans (PPK)
preparation of reports and statements for the Central Statistical Office (GUS)
ongoing cooperation with external institutions (ZUS, Tax Office)
monitoring the validity dates of medical examinations and OHS training
coordination of orders for workwear and personal protective equipment
Expectations
experience in a similar position within the HR and payroll area
independence in managing the complete HR and payroll process (essential requirement)
practical knowledge of HR and payroll systems, specifically Wapro Gang and the Płatnik program
very good knowledge of labor law, social security regulations, and personal income tax (PIT) regulations
relevant educational background (e.g., HR and payroll, accounting, finance, administration, or related fields)
strong personal work organization, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work under time pressure
strong communication skills and a positive attitude toward working with people
Welcome
experience in the area of accounting (e.g., support in invoice circulation, booking documents, settlements)
readiness to support the accounting team in current tasks (approx. 0.5 FTE in the accounting area)
knowledge of basic accounting principles
