handling pre-sales inquiries, such as dietary supplementation advice, product availability information, and support with order placement
after-sales service, including handling loyalty claims, resolving issues reported by retail and wholesale clients, and managing complaint processes
handling processes related to order fulfillment
operating the hotlines of SFD S.A. stores
handling chat operations
