Withdrawal of products from circulation
Out of concern for your safety, we periodically conduct tests on our products. We provide information regarding this immediately upon receipt of the latest test results. Based on tests conducted by an independent laboratory, we would like to inform you that the presence of ethylene oxide has been detected in certain batches of the products Redox Extreme, Energy Balance, and Brain Focus.
In connection with the above, we have decided to temporarily withdraw the products Redox Extreme, Energy Balance, and Brain Focus from circulation and to suspend their further production until this incident is resolved. We wish to inform you that we took action immediately upon receiving the test results. The safety of our Customers is our priority, which is why we will continue to consistently test our products with the utmost diligence. The products will return to sale once the cause of the product withdrawal has been resolved.
The withdrawn products concern the following batches:
Redox extreme 90 capsules – batch number 273220 with expiry date 08.2022
Energy balance 60 capsules – batch number AN210529 with expiry date 05.2023
Brain focus 60 capsules – batch number AN210606 with expiry date 06.2023
