• All creatine products currently available for sale are 100% tested and safe.

• The products were recalled because they exceeded strict standards for dietary supplements. In the opinion of toxicologists, they do not pose a danger.

• We are significantly expanding the scope of our quality control and testing. We will be the most thoroughly tested supplement manufacturer in Poland.

• Our actions regarding the precautionary recall and testing of products extend far beyond the legal requirements applicable to supplement manufacturers in Poland.

PLEASE NOTE: The products in which exceeded limits were recorded are not dangerous. This has been confirmed by independent toxicological opinions. The maximum level of impurities detected in the tested batches is significantly lower than the levels permitted by standards for food products. For example: one kilogram of tuna meat contains as much mercury as 4 full packages (800 capsules) of creatine from the recalled batches. Therefore, to experience any health-related physiological effect from executing such consumption, one would need to ingest 200 capsules—the entire package—at once.

Nevertheless, immediately after the initial indications of the issue arose, we voluntarily withdrew from sale not only the batches containing the exceeded limits, but also all supplements in the creatine category, sending them for complete, thorough retesting. We have absolute certainty that we currently sell exclusively creatine products that meet all quality standards and possess a complete set of up-to-date, independent testing results.

On September 13th, we received the complete test results for all creatine products. We consider it our corporate duty to inform our stakeholders of this transparently.

This will enable us to maintain continuous, fully in-house quality control over the raw materials we utilize, independent of subcontractors.

The situation we are addressing has provided us with valuable insights. As the market leader in Poland’s dietary supplements sector, we aim to establish a new, higher standard of quality control. We will strive for better regulation in our industry, advocating for mandatory raw material testing for all market participants. We are enrolling our products in the Independent Laboratory Testing Program, where they will undergo quality testing conducted by the "Badamy Suplementy" Foundation.
