The Management Board of SFD S.A. (“Issuer”, “Company”) informs that on 11.02.2021 it adopted a resolution on the application of rule 16 of the Good Practices of Companies Listed on NewConnect, i.e. the Issuer publishes monthly reports within 14 days after the end of the month. The monthly report should include at least:
- information on the occurrence of trends and events in the issuer’s market environment which, in the issuer’s opinion, may have a material effect on the issuer’s financial condition and performance in the future,
- a summary of any and all information published by the issuer in the form of a current report in the period covered by the report, information on the achievement of the issuer’s objectives, if such achievement took place, even partially, in the period covered by the report,
- the investor’s calendar, including events to take place in the coming month that concern the issuer and are of material interest to investors, in particular the dates of publication of interim reports, planned general meetings, the opening of subscriptions, meetings with investors or analysts, as well as the expected date of publication of an analytical report.
