We opened our first online shop back in 2003. Since then, we have been thriving in the e-commerce sector and selling products in stationary shops. We form a dynamically growing Team, which already is composed of over 300 committed people. Every day we do our best to meet the expectations of thousands of customers who use our products.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

By applying to SFD S.A, you can be sure that you will end up in professional hands and will undergo a transparent, fair and efficiently conducted recruitment process.

Our recruitment processes are flexible. Some last a few days, some a few weeks. Meetings are held in a relaxed conversational climate, we do not have or require a dress code. You will also meet your future supervisor at the meeting.

If we ascertain that your experience matches our business needs - we will invite you for a meeting (which may be preceded by a short phone call). This is the getting-to-know-you stage, so YOU get to know the expectations of your future position, the team and the company, and WE listen to YOU. We may ask you questions to see how you work, how you set priorities and how you build relationships with colleagues.

YOU AGAIN
Depending on your position, you may be asked to prepare a solution to a case study. What do we mean? You will be introduced to a sample situation from the job position you are applying to and you will have the opportunity to respond to it to the best of your ability. For strategic positions, a second meeting may be necessary. This is because we want to get to know you well and understand your needs better.

DECISION
You will hear from us regardless of the outcome of the recruitment, we are honest in our relations. Even if we don't hire you today, we might consider doing so in the future.
