PERIODS

In accordance with Article 11(19) of the MAR Regulation, the person holding managerial responsibilities for the issuer may not, for his own account or for the account of a third party, directly or indirectly, deal in the issuer’s shares or debt instruments, or derivatives or other financial instruments relating thereto, during the closed period of 30 calendar days prior to the publication of the interim or annual report.

In order to ensure equal access to the information provided by SFD, the company has implemented a closed periods rule. Under this rule, SFD will not hold discussions and meetings with analysts and investors 30 days before the publication of its financial results. The company hopes that the implementation of this rule will increase its transparency and give investors a sense of equal access to information. 

The following closed periods applicable to the publication of interim and annual reports are foreseen in 2022:

  • 16.01.2022 – 14.02.2022
  • 16.04.2022 – 31.05.2022
  • 17.07.2022 – 16.08.2022
  • 17.10.2022 – 17.11.2022
