The Management Board of SFD Spółka Akcyjna (“Company”, “Issuer”) announces the schedule for the release of periodic reports in 2022. Reports will be made public on the following dates:

• Standalone quarterly report for Q4 2021 – 14 February 2022 
• Standalone quarterly report for Q1 2022 – 16 May 2022 
• Standalone annual report for 2021 – 31 May 2022 
• Standalone quarterly report for Q2 2022 – 16 August 2022 
• Standalone quarterly report for Q3 2022 – 14 November 2022

Any changes to the dates of the interim reports will be communicated in the form of a current report.
