If we determine that your professional experience aligns with our business requirements, you will be invited to an interview (which may be preceded by a brief telephone screening).
This is the stage of mutual introduction; thus, you will learn about the expectations for your future position, the team, and the company, while we listen to your experiences. We may ask questions to assess your work methodology, how you establish priorities, and how you build professional relationships with colleagues.
04
Depending on the position, you may be requested to prepare a case study solution.
What do we mean? We will present you with a case study scenario typical for this position, and you will be asked to respond to it to the best of your ability. In the case of strategic positions, a second meeting may be required. This is because we wish to get to know you thoroughly and better understand your professional expectations.
